In the Land Down Under, the same company likewise recently completed the largest solar array featuring smart modules in Australia. The said project is a 98.6 kW rooftop smart solar array on top of a Hilton Manufacturing facility located in Dandenong South, Victoria.
The smart solar array will provide energy to the sheet metal fabrication factory of Hilton Manufacturing. It will include 340 of the smart modules of the company. Again, Tigo will be providing power optimisation while ABB will be in charge of the inverter technology. The system is also powered by dual-axis sun trackers of Hilton Manufacturing, thus making the project the largest commercial PV system in Australia.
The array is reputed to usher in a new era of solar energy innovation in the country.
