Portal 1: Switchee Support Desk
The Switchee Support Desk is an online portal and support desk that enables secure communication between the retailers who are registered to use our services, and the agents on the other end who’s role is to assist with retailers questions, incidents, problems and tasks.
The Switchee Support Desk allows for multiple users to be assigned to a single retailers account. For example:
The owner of the business will have a user account with the Switchee Support Desk. Should the owner of the business wish for one of the Switchee support agents to communicate with an employ of their business, then the owner can request an additional user profile be set up and linked to their businesses support portal. If an employee attempts to register a user profile for the Switchee Support Desk that is linked to the business owners profile, then the Switchee support agents will request permission from the business owner to communicate with the new user.
Multiple users can be attached to a single business profile with the Switchee Support Desk. When a new ticket is raised, it will be have the original requester as the owner of the ticket.

Portal 2: Australian Solar Quotes Retailers Portal
The Australian Solar Quotes Retailers Portal allows for a single user to be attached to the retailers business profile. In most instances, the user that is attached will be the owner or director of the business. If the user that is attached requires additional people to access the account, it is at their discretion as to who they give access too by sharing their credentials.
