Premier Power solar will build four photovoltaic power plants totaling 16.2 MW in Dimitrovgrad, Bulgaria. The projects represent a more than 75 percent increase in the country’s solar capabilities since the beginning of 2011, when installed capacity was reported at approximately 21 MW.
