Automation script 1.1
The below script is for the automation of leads into both our CRM and Lead Processing Software.
Green = permanent value that should never change
1. Source = the letter or combination of letters at the beginning of the email allocated to your business.
eg. if the email that we allocate to you is ‘ **q**@australiansolarquotes.com.au ‘ then the source will be ‘ Q ‘ (this will need to be a capital as our software is case sensitive)
2. Any comments = yes
Even if the lead does not have any additional comments, it is essential that you keep the ‘ &any_comments=yes ‘
Orange = variable value that is unique to a particular lead
note: for complete automation, we require all of the fields that are detailed in the script below. Fields such as Electricity retailer, System size, System for, Roof type and Age of property, we require exact matches so that our software can work seamlessly.
